By downloading, installing, or using Shadow Screen (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
The Software, including its source code, user interface, graphics, logos, and name "Shadow Screen", are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the software without prior written consent.
Our Premium upgrade operates on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are processed exclusively via Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
You agree to use Shadow Screen only for lawful purposes. You must not use the software to gain unauthorized remote access to devices you do not own or have explicit permission to control.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for absolute zero-latency and stability, we do not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware malfunction, system instability, or network disruption arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
